This Privacy Policy explains how Formlinecoach Architects LLC ("Formlinecoach Architects", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit our website at formlinecoach.com.ua or contact us through any channel. We are the data controller for all personal data described in this policy.

- Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, unless a project engagement results, in which case project records are retained in accordance with our obligations under Ukrainian law and professional standards (typically 10 years for architectural project documentation).
- Server log and technical data is typically retained for up to 12 months.
- Cookie consent records are retained for up to 12 months.
After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights

In summary, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

11. Children's privacy
Our website and services are directed at business and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us so that we can delete it promptly.
